Thanks so much for starting this blog,...Hi Alyson,<br /><br />Thanks so much for starting this blog, which I found through CFIDS Chronicle. I have had CFS for 16 years (I'm 31) and I know how much it takes out of you to do this. I have the same environmental sensitivities to light and noise and music is the worst for me. Ironic since I was a music major in college and play the piano. Not anymore, though; it's just too exhausting. <br />I've thought of starting my own CFS blog, but the thought of actually doing it is overwhelming.
